Adhd ignorance

Really wish more people were educated on this. Also NEVER tell someone you work with that has ADHD that they have time to be more organized because they don’t work as hard as you. You clearly have no clue just how hard they are actually working.

Confidence or lack thereof is tragic

Why do we find it so hard to stand up for ourselves? Why is it when faced day in and out with the same disrespectful demeaning attitudes that we or at least I anyways, find it so damn hard to say. “Listen, stop dragging me down into that miserable whole you call life”. Why can’t I just say I’m worth more than that and stand taller?
